Winchester Churches Nightshelter is located behind the new Discovery Centre Library on Jewry Street, Winchester. There is some parking available for visitors, or those dropping off donations.

Road
On the M3. leave J11 when coming from the south or J9 from north and follow signs to the city centre. There is limited pay-and-display parking outside Winchester Churches Nightshelter and other public car parks are well signposted.
Bus
The Park and ride stops a few minutes walk away at the Southern end of Jewry St.
A bus stop is located right outside our main entrance - buses stopping there are, 1, 2, 4,5,6, 7,10,X24/25/26, 68, 86, 95/95A/96/96A, 99/X99.
Train
Winchester Churches Nightshelter is a few minutes walk from Winchester station along City Road. Turn right on foot into Jewry street and walk past the Theatre and the Discovery Centre on your right, and we are based in the car park on your right (the Jewry Street Car Park)

The office is open for referrals and visitors from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm every weekday, with an answer machine at other times. The office is not manned at weekends.
The Nightshelter itself opens every night of the year at 6.00pm and telephone calls on 01962 862050 are welcome up to 10.00 pm when the evening Duty Supervisor will answer when possible.
